Google Play Store: a little new feature for more practical application updates

Good news for the Google Play Store: the platform finally knows how to manage the simultaneous update of several applications instead of installing them one by one.

The Google Play Store is getting a welcome change: the ability to actually manage multiple app updates at once.
Until now, when someone wanted to update multiple apps at once from the Play Store, they could tap an “Update All” button. However, in reality, the platform would launch this process for one app at a time, making the others wait… and the user wait.

Up to 3 apps updated at the same time on the Play Store

But a small evolution has been invited to the Google app store. As Android Police noticed , the Play Store now knows how to download and install multiple apps at once.

As a reminder, this management of multiple simultaneous application updates was already tested on the Play Store since April 2019. Today, this new feature seems to be rolling out to more people.

However, we are still waiting for an official communication from Google on this subject to provide more details if necessary.
