Samsung confirms the date for the Galaxy Unpacked 2022 launch event, where the Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 foldable smartphones are expected.
Samsung has sent out the press invitations for the highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked 2022 Summer event. At least two new foldable smartphones are expected during this event. These are the successors to the popular Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 . The new folding phones will most likely have the appropriate names: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4. The launch event will take place on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. The event can be viewed via a live stream that starts at 3:00 PM Dutch time.
In the press invitation, Samsung Electronics states: “Innovation is not just about radical ideas; it's about unlocking new experiences that change our daily lives for the better. Now that the official invitations have been sent and the date for the Unpacked event has been set, many Galaxy fans are looking ahead to next month. There has been a lot of talk recently about Samsung's expected foldable smartphones. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are the first waterproof folding phones. Their successors are expected to build on this. According to rumors, the Samsung Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 will be equipped with an improved hinge mechanism.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 clamshell phone is expected to once again have a larger screen on the outside. This was already enlarged in the 3rd generation , but many users believe that an even larger display will make the device even more versatile. Release Samsung Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4
On Wednesday, August 10, Samsung Electronics will reveal all the details. It is expected that the price and introduction date will also be announced at the time of the launch event. Based on previous years, it is expected that the release of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will take place on Friday, August 26, 2022.
The new folding phones will undoubtedly be released in a range of new colors. Several official press images have recently appeared online, showing that the Samsung Z Fold 4 will be released in at least 3 colors: black, gold and blue. The Samsung Z Flip 4 has already been spotted in black, gold, silver and purple. In addition, it is expected that Samsung will again make a number of exclusive colors available, which can only be ordered via the manufacturer's website.
